Basically the more photos you have of a girl the more they trust you and the closer you can get. After sometime you'll be able to interact with them, headpats, as them to pose for you, the maximum of the familiarity means you can get into sex with them and other things.
That's a temporary file some versions of Windows will make when you download a file. It should disappear and be replaced with the actual file once it's finished downloading. If not, try downloading it again.

That's how the game dev stuff works, 2 steps forward, 1 step backward. It is all forward from this point though. We gotta keep retrying stuff until we find what works. For the current system, it means our animation pipeline is way more refined. What does that mean exactly? Well, you know how in v015 we had 1 sex animation basically? Well, the refinement of the pipeline means that v016 had 20+ animations, from solo to pairs, and threesomes. Adding animations is very very easy, and the animator now gets to focus on great-looking animations as opposed to flow animations. It is a big win. But we just need a few more patches to get it to be interactable.
Is there a way for the player character to enter into the sex animations once you throw the lust ball? I've tried all the binds and whatnot. Idk what the doll system does, but it doesn't work, clicking the button I bound to any of the doll system components does nothing.

Downloaded the recent build and I'd just like to say first and foremost, great progress you're making. It's nice to see this game isn't dying or anything. However, I did have a lot of issues with bugs and lag. I had repeated issues with the game lagging out specifically after ending expeditions; the longer I would stay on the post-expedition screen going through the photos I collected, the more it would lag. I also had repeated issues with the lust bomb causing creatures to bug out and float in the air if I used it on them while they were around terrain that wasn't flat, which often resulted in them having midair seizures. There are some other issues as well but these ones happened pretty consistently. This is all to be expected for an early access game of course, but I figure mentioning it might help? Don't take it as a complaint though, looks like it's going great overall.
Also, just to make sure I'm not missing anything... Some of the animations you have on this page don't seem to be in the game, or anything close to them in quality really. Like, for instance, that bunny blowjob clip you've got on display. Is there a way to find that animation or other high-quality animations like it in the game, or is that just promotional material as of right now? And presuming the latter, do you plan to add it into the game later?

So the first thing about your experience in the pre-alpha so far is the two major sticking points - retirement screen and the lust bomb system - both of these will no longer be in the game going forward from v016 onwards. Instead of the retirement screen, we will have an open-world submission system based on what regional towers you've unlocked, this means you can submit monpedia/quest/bounty photos way more frequently and with zero loading screens. With the lust bomb system, the issue is how the old sex system worked, which means in v016 there is a new sex system instead.
To iterate more on the lag issue you've been experiencing we believe it is tied to the number of actors on screen during v015 and we have begun to take measures into how we can best display the number of characters on screen that we want but keep lag to a minimum. This includes things like making sure the system is not spawning and unspawning girls all the time, and making better use of the characters currently in view. Stuff like that. All growing pains.
As for the blowjob scene, that was indeed a promotional video made to help advertise the game, but good news, v016 will feature 8 new solo animations, 12 new pair animations, and 6 new threesome animations. Unlike the current doll system, these are what we would consider premium animation sets made to be very sexual and appealing. Here is an example of a still from the new system...

If that is the issue it's caused by the write speed of the HDD itself. So unless you can install the game on a faster drive you won't be able to change much.
If you downloaded it from here it won't have it, if you downloaded it from other places I cannot confirm it has only the game files in it. We have player telemetry in the game with you can opt out of when you start the game.

Correct. Linux Archive Manager says an error has occured while loading the archive. The windows archive does work.

That zip was made by the itch builder tool, so it might be an issue with that. But linux be crazy man.
