Allow me to set the scene. You live alone, secluded, withdrawn from humanity for reasons only known to you. You’ve never really needed companionship, nay, you’ve intentionally avoided it. Save for the occasional moment of intimacy, as fleeting as they are, you’ve made a life for yourself out here in the woods. So when a young woman stumbles into your life, grasping at your treasured life and invading your space. What is a man to do?
Welcome to the first release of Wet Nightmares, an erotic horror visual novel created by Erkerut of Demonheart Studios. We have worked together on our previous title Pieces of my Heart and you might know his work from around the internet. This story is somewhat his dream game to make, and a testament to his ingenuity as up until the middle of this year he was building it himself. Kinky Fridays have a lot of experience within her halls, both with publishing and development, so joining forces to help Erkerut bring his game to life, well that was an easy decision to make.
Today marks the opening for the preorder of Wet Nightmares. Purchasing Wet Nightmares now means you will have complete and total access to new builds every single month, our goal is to finish Samara’s story quickly, but like all good literature, it will take time, and focus to accomplish.
If you are on the fence about allowing Samara into your life, we have prepared an amazing demo of Wet Nightmares which you can experience on all platforms, Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and within your internet browser!
Here is what you can expect to find within the first release.
- Experience the first chapter of Wet Nightmares on the default path, the updated version of the first chapter will include a variety of choices leading down new story paths, but for this version the build is kinetic.
- The English within this build has not had full English proofreading and copy pass on it. We had the demo built with a full pass on copy so if you’re looking for an understanding of the quality of the text to expect please direct your attention to the demo.
The future of Wet Nightmares will be a great one, here are some of the expectations we are setting for ourselves with the game.
- The full version of Wet Nightmares will have a lot of dialogue choices which will lead to a lot of different endings, some will split chapters completely, and some will lead to a unique ending for the main character.
- Depending on the overall size of the texts at the finished point we want to bring in far more voice acting, maybe it might be at selected points but we want to make sure you can understand how each character sounds and the vibe they should have.
- We aim to have a lot of unlockable CG images and pornographic elements in the game.

Coucou a tous je souhaiterai savoir ou en ai la version Android. Parce que j ai hate de la nouvelle mise a jour qui pourrais a nous utilisateur mobile de pouvoir joué au jeu, sans avoir le fameux crash que tous le monde rencontre sur mobile. Sa serai sympas d avoir des nouvelles depuis le temps. Parce que cela fait deja 2 mois pour moi.
Still working on the port to the new engine. Should hopefully fix making android versions more stable. Please be patient.

The game is originally written in Spanish and translated into English. We will always WANT to translate the game, it depends on the need people have and the cash we have floating around. We will always want to though!

How could you have paid 3 times? That does not make any sense. If you're purchasing the game you'd need an email address to receive the game. Once you've purchased the game you will have access to the downloads section.
If however your transactions are being blocked, there is not much I can do about that.
I'm having an issue with the game crashing when you use the speak function it will crash no matter what stage you were on and via text is taking forever to leave the screen it is also taking forever to load and it is crashing my tablet if you can help me with the situation that would be fantastic if you could tell me maybe something I'm doing wrong I have nothing else on my tablet it is very fast it has a good frame rate is taking forever to load and for the pictures too low it is the newest version of Android
hello, we are currently swapping engines to make the APK more stable. So you'll need to wait for the next release to hopefully fix your issues !

I just played a new build of it today, hopefully, we can get it out soon. I was a little setback due to pregnancy but the build is almost perfect.
Do I have to buy the alpha release or the one that I purchased for the same amount of money is that one also getting any updates or anything or is that that's a demo you have to pay for something cuz none of this is being clear to me because when I click on the page to talk it tells me to go onto the alpha release which I didn't pay for I paid for the one that it said to so did I not get the right game that I get an early release what will happened
If you purchase the game, you get the full game once it has been completed. We are currently in active development of the game, and purchasing it means you will get updates as they are released.
Android port for your game isn't working for me every time I try to speed through a good amount of the text when I get to the forest table turned app off and reload it to the beginning
Going to need some information on the phone you're using for the game. We have had issues with Samsung phones for whatever reason in the past.
When people buy this game will they also be getting the full game when you make it on itch if they already have it or will they just be buying the beta version
What you are purchasing now is the full game, with access to the in-development version and patches as they are made ready. So yes, you will get the full game once it is done.
Will the game still release on Steam and for what price?
It depends if Steam allows it to release, but yes. The price will be comparable to here as well.

They will be made available here on the itch page. We did not have a build for December, due to the holidays. However the new chapter 1 remake will be out very soon.
Hello, yes the game is in early access. You will get all updates once you've purchased. I am sure you can purchase without issue if you use your credit card to purchase.
The game seems great. I have 2 questions
1 - why in the Windows version it is not possible to enter the options
2 - in the "locales" folder, I saw different language versions. And in the game itself there are only 2 available, will that change? do you have to combine with the replacement in the files yourself.
1. Because our options menu is currently buggy, we will fix it soon.
2. The engine has support for other languages but right now we only have English and Spanish. We do want to support other languages but the full game will need to be written and translations priced out before we commit to anything like that.
I gotta say I'm only 45 minutes into the story, and aside from the broken "copy/paste" style of translation, I'm thoroughly enjoying everything I've seen so far.
Yeah we have not done any copy work on the full release, the demo has had the full copy treatment so if you want to get an idea of what the final result will read like that is a great way to do it. Glad you are enjoying it though!
So far I have enjoyed this. I look forward to seeing the next update. Samara is adorable and sexy. I want to have more fun with her ^^

I have a question does the game will support mandarin in the future.
I want to support as many languages for localization as we can get, however it is the size of a full novel in terms of text. So we will have to see how sales go.
I'm a bit surprised to see her again :D Even with her own game. Visuals look great already. I'm just curious about one thing (since the game has pornographic elements): will she get more uh... meat in certain areas? In Pieces of my Heart her upper body looked really famished.. which wasn't too appealing. This was apparently carried over here.
